About LIFE HAMBURG
What is LIFE HAMBURG?
LIFE HAMBURG is a future-oriented campus dedicated to lifelong learning, intergenerational community, and holistic well-being, in tune with its surroundings and the environment.
Our goal is to empower people to develop their individual strengths in community, enabling them to shape their own and our shared future in the best possible way.
Which offerings will be on the LIFE HAMBURG Campus?
LIFE HAMBURG will have a variety of offerings:
- Community (Cafe, Agora, Event Space, Workshop Rooms)
- Kindergarden
- Primary and secondary school (1st – 10th grade)
- Makerspace
- STEM Hub
- Creativity Hub (including rooms for video production, podcasts, art, theatre and music)
- Food education (Food Lab, greenhouses and gardening opportunities)
- Sports & Movement (Sports Hall & studio for yoga and movement)
Who is our target group?
The campus is supposed to be for everyone – people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. Such as families from our neighbourhood who send their children to our kindergarden and/or school. Seniors who want to share their knowledge. Or companies and initiatives which offer workshops and participate in events.
How is LIFE HAMBURG working?
LIFE HAMBURG is part of a greater ecosystem in which we collaborate with a variety of partner organisations in order to bring different formats and programs into our campus. Until the campus is built, we will hold some of these formats in our LIFE HAMBURG Pop-up.
